Background and Experience:
Ken is the taxation services shareholder of Maher & Co. He has over 24 years of public accounting experience specializing in providing taxation and consulting services to a wide spectrum of clients, including closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals. Types of services include: corporate, partnership and individual tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, compensation planning, financial planning, research, estate taxation and planning, IRS representation, multi-state taxation, and sales/use taxation.

Mr. Mesnier has overall responsibility for taxation services at Maher & Co., ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded at all times.
